2024年12月28日至2025年3月28日，龙泉望瓯·美术馆正在呈现“厚德秉贞”—2024望瓯·陶溪川龙泉青瓷国际创作营暨国际青瓷艺术作品展。众多国内外艺术家共聚，展现青瓷艺术魅力，传递文化共鸣。本期介绍比利时艺术家安·范·霍伊。
December 28, 2024 to March 28, 2025, Longquan Wangou Art Museum is presenting “Celadon Virtuous”-2024 Longquan Celadon International Artist-in-Residence Project and International Celadon Art Exhibition. Many artists from home and abroad gather together to show the charm of celadon art and convey cultural resonance.This issue introduce Belgium artist Ann Van Hoey.
作为一名致力于陶瓷艺术的创作者，我的灵感来源于几何学的纯粹性与精确美学的优雅。每一件作品的起点都是一个完美的光滑器皿或是未经雕琢的陶土板。接着，我运用折叠、切割和重塑等技巧对其进行艺术加工，这些手法深受日本折纸艺术及极简主义设计理念的影响。
As a ceramic artist dedicated to the craft, my inspiration is rooted in the purity of geometry and the elegance of precise aesthetics. Each piece begins with a perfectly smooth vessel or an unadorned clay slab. I then employ techniques such as folding, cutting, and reshaping, drawing influences from Japanese origami and minimalist design principles.
在龙泉驻场期间，我有机会深入探索当地陶土与釉料的独特性质，同时坚持自己标志性的极简与几何风格。龙泉以其历史悠久的青瓷而闻名，其特色在于半透明的釉色和那丰富而又柔和的绿色调，这为我的创作提供了独特而迷人的背景。这种传统工艺与我所追求的精准形态、建筑式切割形成了鲜明而又和谐的对比。
During my residency in Longquan, I have the opportunity to delve into the unique properties of local clays and glazes while adhering to my signature minimalist and geometric style. Longquan is renowned for its historic celadon ware, characterized by translucent glazes and rich yet soft green hues. This traditional craftsmanship provides a unique and captivating backdrop for my work, offering a striking yet harmonious contrast to my pursuit of precision, form, and architectural cuts.
我的目标是通过作品既展现出龙泉陶瓷深厚的文化遗产，又融入我个人对现代几何美学的理解，力求在传统技艺与当代设计之间找到完美的平衡点。我希望每件作品不仅是技术上的展示，更是对历史与现代、自然与人工之间对话的艺术表达。
My goal is to create pieces that not only showcase the deep cultural heritage of Longquan ceramics but also integrate my own interpretation of contemporary geometric aesthetics. I aim to achieve a perfect balance between traditional techniques and modern design. Each piece is intended not only as a demonstration of technical skill but also as an artistic expression that fosters a dialogue between history and modernity, nature and human creation.
